WP9: RTD Management

Objectives
1. To define the quality standards and subsequently monitor the work with regard to the standards.

Description of work
This work package is responsible for the overall quality of the output of the project within the budget and legal requirements. To full this objective a quality assurance plan will be established including a review procedure and process with a clear assignment of tasks and responsible partners. In the first six months a Quality Assurance Plan will be established which together with consortium organisation and procedures of WP1 will become part of an internal Handbook. The actual execution of the Quality Assurance Plan and any required intermediate update will be an ongoing task until the end of the project.
In the first 6 months of the project in order to supports the project’s management for the rest of the project period, special emphasis will be on the inception of consortium management through establishing the organisational structure and further detailing and implementing internal procedures and processes.
