WP1: Project Management

Objectives
1. To ensure the realization of the project objectives as defined in the WP descriptions.
2. To monitor the timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
3. Ensure that results are achieved within budget.

Description of work
This work package is responsible for the overall management of the consortium and the fulfilment of its obligations as defined in the contract. It aims to realise the project objectives by the timely production of deliverables, meeting pre-defined quality criteria, and within budget and legal requirements. In the first 6 months of the project in order to supports the project’s management for the rest of the project period, special emphasis will be on the inception of consortium management through establishing the organisational structure (detailed in section 2.1) and further detailing and implementing internal procedures and processes.
